75c10chevy Posted June 29, 2013 Report Share Posted June 29, 2013 My battery is about 3 years old and today i looked at my volt meter and it was at 16.5 and hi. i looked under the hood and there were wet spots everywhere and i looked at the battery and there was acid coming out of the top of the battery. the battery was too hot to touch and it never is.
