If you think a comment like "FAIL!!!" is completely unnecessary then dont give it any attention. Simple as that. No need to start a thread about your butthurt. Common sense is not replacing a 25 amp fuse with a 30 amp. Especially when people with degrees in Electrical Engineering tell you its a stupid decision. I agree I just learned it the hard way... see people overclock cpus and computer busses and ram and everything else and I happens quite often with a good rate of success... so what's the difference? not a whole lot... not a whole lot at all... Well you just told me you have no idea what the purpose of that fuse was for. Because for one even if it "did" give you more power, your results are inconclusive because of the way you "learned". A fuse and a computer being overclocked is two completely different things, how would I know, I am an electrical engineer. So how much you pushin? actually I have to politely disagree with you.... over clocking often deals directly with putting move voltage and amps to a chip... that's what it is... often times it comes down to cooling... in extreme cases dude you phasechange A/C type cooling systems to keep the chips from exploding. .. so I ask again what's the difference? I let it have a few more amps.... the overclocker does the same thing... on the only difference is the chips... and its really not that much difference. just saying.not a whole lot... actually the manufacturer numbers would indicate~300w but its doubtful but ill say the difference from my mods were indeed VERY NOTICEABLE! I've melted my share of motherboards.
