Is the btl pretty much the only sub in that class or what?well i dont know what sub your refering to, when you say an RE i think your speaking of the RE series which is hella low, but if you mean the MT it sounds nothing like an MT either. They are pretty much all chinese parts on the things so its not like your paying for anything but thier patented design of the subwoofer. they get all thier parts from china though , coils, surrounds, cones, i believe they do build the motor inhouse but thats about it. and for them costing as much as they do, its awefully hard to get a recone from them when something happens as they are ALWAYS out of stock so they say.
