rocking.that.eclipse Posted July 25, 2013 Author Report Posted July 25, 2013 Ok got my car back. I called because I saw my car was on the lift on my way home. The mechanic said....... He couldn't find a dang thing wrong with my car. He took it for a test drive and it was absolutely perfect. Hasn't ever ran better I noticed this on my way home. Just think if a pair of 10s can do this what 18s will do. Edit: pic is bad but the seal is falling out. Also gonna see if I can dig up a video or 2 of my 10s
rocking.that.eclipse Posted July 29, 2013 Author Report Posted July 29, 2013 And where I finished for the day saturday... That is double baffle on false floor and on the top of the box. Its sitting at 12ish cubes right now. I am going to add 2 to 3 more cubes right off the back. I also may have some more pics but my phone is dead right now so stay tuned

scooter99 Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 I'm in. Looks like a nice solid base so far. ON the car issue, when was the last time you changed your plugs? Air Filter? Given it an overhaul last? Might also try some seafoam in the gas tank and let it go through the engine like normal. Maybe it was just some gunk in there that needs to be cleaned out. As far as suspension, you may look into coilovers if not bags. I know they're a little pricey, but you can adjust them as you need to and half the cost of bags. That's what I have on mine, and I've had a couple set ups in the car and it's been pretty easy to get back up to level when it sags. Keep up the good work buddy. Cuts look nice and straight and everything looks clean so far! I like it! Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
rocking.that.eclipse Posted July 31, 2013 Author Report Posted July 31, 2013 I know its not a real update, Its really kind of a backtrack but just got my phone to upload the older pics that didn't get uploaded to photobucket. From drivers side. I know that gap looks like its bigger on the top but it is exactly 2 inches the whole way up and down it with both sides on from the center of the car
rocking.that.eclipse Posted July 31, 2013 Author Report Posted July 31, 2013 What it looks like from the back

Cuts look nice and straight and everything looks clean so far! I like it! I figured out the issue. When my car loses power to the ECU for an extended period of time the computer needs to "relearn" where the idle is at. I had to start the car and then turn on all the accessories 1 at a time and watch the car almost die and then idle back up. Takes about 15 minutes for it to "relearn" everything And thanks for the compliments. I am taking my time with the shell on this. My original goal was to have the doors done by labor day but I think that, that is not going to happen now BTW big plans for the doors nothing like carbon but still a few mids
rocking.that.eclipse Posted July 31, 2013 Author Report Posted July 31, 2013 Next question is I have 11.75 cubes right now without port or sub displacement... How much more should I add. I was thinking of going to add about another 2 to 3 cubes and work from there. Also having trouble deciding on whether to put a center port or drivers port?
rocking.that.eclipse Posted August 6, 2013 Author Report Posted August 6, 2013 Small update. Didn't get to work on my box at all because my parents were having a party at our place but I got some goodies in the mail Also here is what we had for the party It was a cookoff with people from our lake. My father took first with this pork sholder and I took second with my country ribs.
