LOL that's what a friend told me too. that would be a bit too extreme for me rather use the space to put me and my friends' gear in there for ski/snowboard and go have some fun on the slopes ahaha thanks for the comments happy it turned out well. BboyTaktix Posted September 24, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 24, 2013 Got the big 3 done this weekend along with my S2000 projector retrofits (which turned out awesome). I definitely noticed a difference after the big 3, quite a lot less dimming at peak volumes (not that I turn it up very loud often). But also the bass seemed to kick a little better at listening level (18-20 out of 40 volume on the head unit). That 0-gauge was not easy to route through the compact Subaru engine (well mainly the power wire and fuse!) The grounds were pretty straightforward, although the power wire with the fuse was annoying to deal with in that little engine bay, so I just tried to keep it simple but clean as I could given the limited engine space. SOOOOOO the next step is going PORTED!!! Hopefully in the next month or two I will begin my build of a ported enclosure for this beast. I am coming to you all for help since this will be my first built ported box and I want it to be perfect. I'll be starting a new thread with some general questions I have about the box and with sub specs and seeking opinions on what size/design to go with.
