Where are you measuring voltage?

What voltage do you charge at?

Have you verified all connections to be sure nothing came loose?

Load test your batteries and try reading your voltage at the alt (pos to charging pose, neg to alt casing)

Just had this problem with my kinetik hc2000 mounted in the back. Check the run to the front. Mine had a screwed up wire/fuse.. Didn't break the fuse but melted like crazy. Measuring voltage before and after the melt spot showed me my problem

Sounds like you have a discharge somewhere.

Disconnect the run(s) from front to rear.

Charge and check (with a meter) both bats alone.

Maybe one is feeding off the other. Maybe a slow discharge from a run somewhere.

On your bat terminals is there any crusty shit? Would indicate a slow, steady discharge from somewhere.

Ok. That clears things up a LOT.

Measure the voltage before and after your fuse
