SnowDrifter
Look under the hood and see if your belt is still there. If it is, measure the voltage at your alt with a multi meter. Hugh G. Rection
Your serpentine belt was slipping on your alt, not too much you can do to fix it unless you want to fabricate. plenty you can do. shorter belt, taller pulley on the alt, or just get down there and tighten the fuckin' thing. so just tighten the belt? if it is still there. check the belt for cracks, tears, and check it for bare cord showing. if you see any of that then just replace the belt. tacomaguy1
Have the alternator tested somewhere.....its obviously not charging. Check the lead wire going from alt to battery. Slim chance but it could of gotten pinched or maybe fuse on it popped Team Flex Issues
SnowDrifter
I mean this is the kindest way possible: You don't strike me as one who knows your way around under the hood very well. Pulleys shouldn't wobble at all. Perhaps you might be better taking this to a mechanic? You can really mess some stuff up if you don't know what you are doing ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
tacomaguy1
Alt belt??????? Your alt is not charging if you see 12.xx with the car on....not always true. my pt cruiser only charged 12.6v If I usually charge at 14 and than its in the 12s the alt is the first thing I'd check I've had good belt slip but it'll eventually catch and start charging again Team Flex Issues

SnowDrifter
If you tighten it on a pulley with a blown bearing it will only make things worse ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
