RatBass1998
3/4" screws are kinda short imo, just make sure you pre drill your holes with a countersink bit to get a few extra threads into the mdf Quote 15" LMS Ultra AB VFL 200.1 3kw+ rms@ 1 ohm <-- 500.1 in near furture 3.5 cubes at 34 hertz 2 Exide Orbital's 200 Amp EA Alt 125 sq ft BXT

kingsuv
1 5/8 will work. the key to screws is to pre-drill and counter sink them. The glue will do the rest. 4 Sheets of wood is great, less time going back to the store when you want to redo it. While your back there pick up some 2x2 for bracing, And maybe a gallon of resin for the corners. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

kingsuv
If you wanna be trick, get a roundover bit for the router for all the edges of the box. No real benefit but it will look a lot cleaner. Then maybe some wood filler to cover the screw holes and some flex stone paint and you'll be pimp. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
