2 12's on 5k vs. 2 15's on 2.5k daily

You would think he would have mentioned where the box was going. Typically when someone has a blowthrough planned, they mention it. They don't say, "I've got the room for X and Y" which usually refers to in cabin or trunk(obviously doesn't apply to this vehicle) space. And there is much more space in the bed than 7-8 cubes.

Even on most mdls of subs the price between the 12's and 15's in the same range is not much at all

i do have the space for the options I listed but 2 15's on 5k wasn't one of them. The only way I can fit that much power in there is if I stick with the 2 12's or 4 10's..

How in the HECK are you getting 7-8 cubes in an El Camino?!?! Would you mind giving some dimensions please because that's some monster room and I would like to know how you came up with that number.

No blowthrough..I cant go there unfortunately but I would If I could. Kinda still want the bed to load my bike in the back.

So for airspace if ur wondering my el camino(not sure if its cuz the year/model) but I have a 4 foot cubic rectangle shaped cabin space that goes back 18inches, is 50 inches wide and 10 inches in height. This is not including the normal cabin space I have behind the seats which adds up to another 3.5-4 cubic ft I have. Im replacing my bench seat for buckets so I can utilize the space in between the seats to run an amp rack for either 1 or 2 2400.1's. I have plenty of room under the hood to add another battery as well as possibly one in the cabin.

I need pics of what you're referring to. My ex bro in law had a '79 Elky and I used to sit behind the seat with my skinny ass as a kid. He had two separate sealed enclosures with 10s but I'm curious of this special area you're referring to. My '64 Ranchero had a special little basin, but it was in the bed(it was used for storage since it was the same panels that were used for the station wagon model).

I do remember the El Camino had quite a bit of room, but I haven't seen one in a long time.

Unless to plane to underpower the 2.5
