The package contained my contact info as well as what needed to be done with the alt. After dozens of calls and messages left, I have yet to hear back from them. I need that alt. Any suggestions? I call it stealing at this point. Most unprofessional company iv ever dealt with, in my case i havent really dealt with them at all.
