I can't seem to find these I have seen them on some installs its basically a plug so that you can wire two runs of wire to your 1 input of power in your amp. Typically I see them on DC amps for some reason does anyone know the exact term or where to find them?

they make them in others. like 1/0 to 4 gauge reducers and such. they can also make custom ones for your specific application .

in theory with aluminum having more resistance, yes copper would be better than aluminum but also significantly more expensive
