It will be running a single Arc Audio Black 12" Sub with Dual 4ohm voice coils. My question is I thought this amp was a single channel amp.... However there are two set's of speaker outputs on the amp. I have searched for the owners manual and not been successful as ED is out of business. I have the sub wired in the box to be at a 2 ohm load. I have never had an amplifier with both a sub sonic filter and a low pass filter so I honestly don't know how to set this amp up. It also has a setting to change the phase. I have a DD-1hv to set the gain's and make sure I don't have any distortion. I also have the CC-1. Any tips on how to set this amp up would be awesome!. I've read until my head hurts and just don't seem to understand the subsonic filter or the phase. I understand the frequency response setting for the most part

Bence Posted September 28, 2013 Author Report Posted September 28, 2013 Why would there be two positive out's and two negative out's? I don't understand sorry. On an two channel amp you use the positive from one channel and the negative from the other channel to bridge the amp and run it in mono. Most of the amps that do that will have a diagram of which positive and negative from each channel to use.

Low pass filter set at about 80 or 100 depending on your interior speakers abilities. Dont over think it. Its all reslly simple stuff and there sre more than enough resources available to helpyou if you get stuck. It's an Arc Audio Black 12" Sub in a sealed enclosure with 1.2 cubic feet of airspace. That's where I get lost. Also the CC-1 and DD-1 both say to set the crossover to it's lowest setting... Does that mean the lowest number or the highest number?
