Yes you can.

They will be a bit taller but that's it. As far as problems--speedometer incorrect, rubbing on the vehicle, etc. With that small of a size difference I wouldn't be too concerned but I recommend using an online tire size calculator to see the general difference (general because not all tires that are the same size are the same size between brands). And then measure the vehicle clearances you have with your current tires to compare.

yeah its a more common size, so there will be even more option to choose from

i have 00 and i have 235/75's with michelin ms2's best tires ive had and ive have my share

you can even fit a 31/10.5-15 if you dont mind cutting alittle on the inside of the fender
