BigPimpin91
I bow my head to you experienced installers of the car audio world. I thought cutting gluing and screwing (LoL at Gluing and Screwing) a box together would be easy but, damn, I was wrong. I need help finishing this box. I can't find the right tool to cut the 45* corner pieces. I've tried a table saw that didn't have a guide. A Circular saw with a dull blade. And a Scroll saw that I can't keep held down even with the wood. I don't know what to do. This box is giving me a load of stress and is pissing me off. I cut two of the 45* pieces which both had massive gaps on one of their sides. Would a local lumber shop be able to cut these pieces for me? Anyone local want to volunteer? Aaron813
I would clamp a guide to your table saw and angle the blade on it to cut the 45s

roscoe1129
stand the box up so that you can fill the corners with resin (and proper amount of hardener) then fill it with the stuff till its as big of a 45 as you need. If you read some of meads build logs for his ride you can see it demonstrated visually. My shop owner is great with Fiberglass but I'm not about to get on my knees for some Resin. Plus, I am going to need a lot of it. to fill those corners.
