Remember the "keep it simple stupid" saying? Bump4life Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 did you disconnect batteries before adding 3rd battery? was power to your head unit cut off and the settings got all reset? also did you change anything else when hooking up the 3rd battery? If you cant fit 3100 under the hood, get smaller xs power battery. lmao, easier said than done. your internal resistance is fighting each. I was gonna go d3400 up front and 2 d3100 in the back, but I was told that I will probably get better results going with the same amount of smaller batteries (d3400) because then they will act as one big battery with the same internal resistance.
