Started stripping the old paint off today. Looks like about 7 coats of paint I am going through.

Did you get that scar tissue when you got your vagina installed?

Yes, and thanks. I used a plastic scrapper so I didn't gouge it. Gonna go over it again tomorrow and try to get most of the old paint off, then it is gonna be sanding the rest.

Ok, so I know I shouldn't go above a 150 grit, or it could polish the cedar and it won't except the finishing oil as good. So, what grit should I use for each process? Like the first sanding after the stripper is done, to get the rest of the paint off? ANd then what grit for the second and final sanding before oiling?
