BassMunky
Is it bad for my subs to get warm when I touch the dust cap. It like warm, but not hot. On average I play my sounds 1/2 hr a day.My setup is 2 12 chaos in a ported box to specs. Running of a RF1500 bdcp amp at 1 ohm. I have 0 gauge run to the amp to a splitter to 4 gauge. with extra battery. Big 3 is done. Shakin not Stirred....my buildhttp://www.stevemead...ngle-cab-build/412 CVX And put a sealed enclosure in your trunk cut a hole in your deck and call it ported

john253a
Not at all You have the boss chaos 12" correct 400rms rated And there being power at 1ohm with amp that has a birth of close to 1900rms Yes you gonna have issues running close to 2.5x rated On a side note If you plane to keep it like that Run them at 4ohm final Bass boost off, and gain set correctly, not be earOmeter
