Need help with a trade

I've got 2 DD 1500 series 12's and I want to trade a guy for 2 alpine type r 12's and he wants me to add 50$ good deal or no.

Personally I wouldn't do it but both seem to be about the same price range. I think the DD may be a little better though but just my opinion. I'm not a huge fan of either but both are pretty nice depending on the power and box their in. Just my two cents though.

Id say personally in my opinion id stick with what you have, I dont see the point in giving away 50 $ for about the same sound

It makes a huge diff to know what year Rs they are, cause they upgraded that speaker over the years. If I remember right, I think the first Rs were only 300 watts.

Your going to trade a known pair of working subs made by one of the best companies out there for something unknown and most likely made of lesser quality parts than what you have now?

Stick with what you have and upgrade to better DD subs when you can afford to do so.

Its not worth it. I would keep the DD's
