JNells
Haha yea, it's been a lot of work, but hoping it pays off... I still have a few tiny spots to patch on pass side, but will do that once I have drivers door at that point so I can kind of mold them to the same shape. If I could do it all over I would've done both at same time and had a spot for another 6.5 in each. But Orwell... 20/20 hindsight. Plus since this is going to be my DD and I'll get a project vehicle to get loud and obnoxious in the near future. I can't stand having my daily all torn apart like this.... : Malibu Build Log

JNells
Just primed for now. Kinda thinking I want to wrap, so until I decide on that and actually get the fabric, this will have to do. I've also noticed just a few spots that I have to reshape and refill before final product, but it's not extremely noticeable and only when doors are open so all the lines flow from pod to panel. I'm also planning on replacing that grey cloth fabric inserts to something that matches the pods. Haven't fully decided if I want to wrap the entire door skin or what I want to do, but the existing vinyl is kind of beat up and worn. Just thinking it would contrast and stick out from new vinyl. Please let me know what you think of how it looks and all that, good or bad. Looking for feedback and constructive criticism since this was my first big fiberglass project. JNells
Next project update: I've decided that I'm going to sell my current head unit and EQ, and get pioneer prs80 head unit and fabricate an ipad slide out float mount where my current head unit is. So I will have an ipad in my dash streamed to the prs80. Malibu Build Log
