Had a little time today on my day off to take a little video.

Sorry if it sounds distorted, can't find the right volume for iPhone mic... Sounds clear and loud in person... Bass can't keep up with the mids/highs.

Haven't been around much, started a new job working 50+ hours a week and so my free time is severely limited.

But looking forward to the trunk build this winter. :)

Hey buddy, hows it going? New job? Right on! Did ya move yet? Lots of new things happening this year huh. Me...Still working 72+ hrs a week, very little happening on the build. Buying stuff up to finish this winter I guess. All good though.

Ya vid sound quality sucks ass and doesn't do the system justice. Looks good, you happy with the kick panels and pro audio speakers? Heard from OLDGUY lately?

Hey buddy, good to see ya. Moving by October 1st, but we found a place (with a garage :) ) so will be able to do some work this winter.

And yup new job.. Decided to take a leap of faith and get out of bartending and the service industry. Got a job at Cirrus Aircraft building and finishing personal jets and planes. Pretty sweet gig, as I get to do what I enjoy and get paid well for it. Couldn't be happier :)

As for the Pro audio and kicks, I'm pretty sure I'm going to sell the XXXs. Use PRV in kicks and rear doors, and get 4 Dayton PA 8's.

Whole lot of ideas and thoughts are going into this time around, much more preparation and attention to the overall goal.

I haven't seen oldsoundguy around, sadly haven't seen many of the familiar faces around anymore.

How about you? How goes it for Brett these days? When is the wedding again?

Nice vid man. Glad the new job is working out and you found a new place with a garage. That will give you a place a some time to play with the system this winter when you not playing with the boy.

All good here, still slowly working on doors but will have them done by the new year. Work is work, still lots of hours and about 5 weeks left. 30 degrees here in the mornings so the cold is coming fast. Wedding isn't until Feb 15th so finish work, head to Disnyland for 5 days, holidays, new yrs, wedding and Maui.

All moved in to the new place, settling in to the new job with longer hours, but looking forward to the coming winter for the trunk build, interior touch up and all the part upgrades in the works. Hopefully even get to undercoat and touch up exterior. :)

Anyway, some amp guts pics I've had that I've decided to just post... If you follow my build please comment and let me know what you think, otherwise I may not post as often if at all if nobody even watches this thing lol

Haha hey buddy, been awhile, how ya been?

Amp is a korean prototype 3800.1. Very similar to an AA 3800.1 or an older generation sundown 3500.

As of right now for subs, 2 DC lv 4 12s... I would like to go 4th but will probably just end up regular ported, aero ports thru rear deck.

Haven't had a ton of time to really work on anything as of late... I recently moved, started a new job working 55-60 hours a week, and I recently came down with bronchitis. FML! Lol!

But been collecting parts/equipment and saving up for a mass build sometime this winter tho. :)
