Ehhh, 600 cold crank amps? I don't remember the exact voltage... But it passed the charging system test

Current: Two SA-6.5s and two tweets in each door powered by an LA-4200, 240amp Mechman Alt, Two Memphis PR12s powered by an SAZ-1500.Waiting on my box to hook up my two SA-12s <3

Thats not what hes asking. Hes asking resting voltage. Voltage is measured in volts. A 12 volt battery should float no lower than 12.6 volts and ideal is 12.8.

Thats weird that your stock cheap duralast battery will rest that high. To be honest its hard to swallow that number.

How tight is your belt? It can be too tight as well. I hate dodges. This is part of the reason why. I dont think a 96 would be pcm controlled or anything like that though

The reason that the Duralast can be "resting" that high is because the OP probably drove to like Autozone/Advance/O'Reilly's/NAPA/etc with the battery installed, went inside to get his battery tested, and they probably tested it right there on the spot.
