Nick580 Posted November 26, 2013 Report Posted November 26, 2013 idk what is being said about 3 and 5 channel amps. If you want to run a front stage and a sub get a 4 channel amp and use the front 1&2 channels for you doors and bridge the rear 3&4 channels to power a sub. I may have missed it, but what kind of 10" sub are you running?
KMS Posted November 26, 2013 Report Posted November 26, 2013 I use a PDXV9. Badass little amp with a small footprint. Doesn't even get not neither. Though I have my gains set to 80w for 4 channels and 350w for the sub using a DMM. I like it a lot, was debating on a few amps but settled with this one. It's pretty damn light weight too! bcbrassard Posted November 26, 2013 Report Posted November 26, 2013 Welcome to the SMD, and really nice car! You will get great help & info on this forum, just make sure your really specific when you ask your questions. Budget, Goals, current set up, what you can do yourself or willing to have a shop do, ect. Splitters yes, not the best but will work , 4 gauage for sure , 3 or a 4 channel amp w/ 3/4 bridged. Good luck and keep the pics coming.
