I always start withthe gain knob all te way down then roll it up. No matter how fast or slow I do it I get this problem. Info is in my sig. 9 cu ft wall on 1 3500. Wired at .5 and rises to 1 ohm. Gonna take my subs out today to see if anything inside the box is screwed up. Car has been tuned by the dd1. This happens on tones and on music. Also would OFC 6 gauge (already installed in car) will it work for about 750 watts (90 amps of fusing of about 17 ft long.. If not im going to get a weaker amp. Probably a Prime 500-1 or something.
