Winn Posted November 20, 2011 Report Posted November 20, 2011 What type of box do you recommend for a Alpine type R 12, in an 05 mustang? Like port back sub back? I want it loud in low, Not a SQ car. Probably want it loud in the 30-50 hz range... listen to alot of rap. So what do i tune to? preffered amount of port per square inch and total. and what tuning. what type of box Another thing. When im designing a box. For say i want a box loud for the lows probably around 30-50 and not so much upper range.. Would i give the box more port per sq inch than usual? On my lvl 13 box i have 15 per at 34 hz. Thanks ray means alot You know how you avoid that? Man the fuck up and bang her best friend sister mom cousin worst enemy and never look back. So what do i need to do with parking brake wire. I dont have the unit yet so. Could i ground it or do i have to connect it to the actual parking brake wire? (what color is the parking brake wire?) and i connect the speaker wires and thats it for installing that unit or is there more? Thanks ray in advance You know how you avoid that? Winn Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 I got my head unit today and i have some wires and i don't know what they are or where they go. The First one is a purple and white wire on the head unit harness. it says "reverse gear signal input" what do i do with this??? Next.An yellow and black wire on the head unit harness. It says mute on it. Do i connect it to the other harness mute which is brown? What do i do with that? And hopefully last, Is a Orange and white wire. It says nothing on it. Its on the head unit harness So i have no idea what to do with it or where it goess. BUT on my aftermarket harness is a Orange and white wire that is the illumination dimmer.. Do i connect these two? Because there is also a Orange and black wire in the after makret harness that is the illumination ground what do i do with that? Also there is just an orange wire on the aftermarket harness You know how you avoid that? Man the fuck up and bang her best friend sister mom cousin worst enemy and never look back.
