I want a walled explorer sooo sooo so bad :'( i had to man up and wall mine lol, do it This makes me want to build a bigger box for my Explorer! that is going to be a hell of a sound system. thanks man, go ahead and do it, i had way too many loud boxes in there but i definitely needed something bigger! fecupe2001 Posted December 3, 2013 Author Report Posted December 3, 2013 Looks awesome so far and your builds are always amazing to see, can't wait to see the rest of it get done and playing. thanks a lot man, i try my best, like any other of my builds, i´m gonna be testing A LOT before spending more money on better subs, electrical and more power, the goal is to be burping over 150 with 2000 clamped watts and peaking low damn that is a tight fit. my old 12 12s 4th was just about as far back. i was just able to fit 3 group 31s between box and hatch. cant wait to see what you do with batts. if you have some welding skill or know someone im sure you could fit a few in place of the spare tire underneath haha yeah i was kind of worried if the box could get inside the car or not, i actually had to use my cutter a little bit on the seals to get it in there lol. That was the plan, but i actually have room on the back and on the sides of the box , remember that my plan is to upgrade to xs power d1400s in a few months, and they are small as hell, we´ll see what happens!
