recones arent that expensive. the 9900s could easily take that all day. the new 95j may also be able to take it for a while. the new coils are 3.4 inches compared to the old 3 inch coil on the i series.

either way, you dont have anywhere near the electrical for the amp you are getting. id be surprised if you clamped 5k. you know when I get the meter and clamp out I break hearts. lol

I'll be adding a bunch if banks soon. But I know ill get more than 5k out if that amp. I will probably be able to go full tilt for a bit as the voltage slowly drops down. Just like with my old setup. Idk. We will see what happens

you know youll get 5k when? after adding more banks of cap? i bet with your box you have stupid low efficiency. ill bet money you dont clamp over 5k. i struggled to clamp 6k off my 2 m4s

If I only get 5k from that amp, then I was probably only getting 1k from the old one lol. This amp does power man, lots of it. People have clamped 20k from these amps. I know my electrical will be bad but I plan on upgrading. Hell you were the one that told me to wait on upgrading electrical to see how it does first lol. I know you don't like Soundstream and all but this 15k will make power.

I am not hating on your amp at all. Your box is small and inefficient. Why do you think people say you can run more power but make box smaller. its because you are creating a less efficient box. so your impedence response will be greater thus you can run a bigger amp to get more power at a higher ohm load.

When I ran 2 DD M4 at .5 ohm each with a HUGE box for 2 12s i still only clamped 6k.

when i say youll be lucky to clamp 5k its becuase your box is hella inefficient since it is so small. thats all. I am not stating your equipement is bad. or that it wont do power. I am sure they will be fine.

but you are not gunna clamp mad power even on good electrical.
