Meka
I have searched around a little but haven't quite found the information I'm looking for. I've noticed some cars really fall off when metering at the headrest, and some fall off measuring on the dash sealed. Is this car dependent, enclosure dependent or a little bit of both? Does the headrest like lower notes while the dash gets louder with the higher frequency? Do some vehicles just naturally get louder one vs the other? Curious to hear some responses. AMI CUSTOMS
vehicle and build dependant, but yes some vehicle do naturally get louder easier then others. What is your definition of high freq and low freq? The termlab will read higher at a higher freq due to wavelength and the amount of energy it takes to produce a high freq wavelength is less then a low freq wavelength. Not really sure what I think low freq vs high frequency would be. I suppose I'm more curious if you build different to get loud at the head rest(meca) then you would to get loud at the dash sealed(db drag) or outlaw(usaci). Thanks for the info on wavelength!
