meade916
What kind of fluid do you run in there? (I'm not asking to start a war, I've never run a custom water setup and really have no idea what you use for the fluid) there is a pic of it posted above Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel! audiofanaticz
not really overkill if you are on triple monitors (2560x1080) and soon to be 7680x1440 thanks! Looking so PIMP!! Cant wait to see her running, hopefully flawless BF4 Just be aware with 1440P your going to need to use Display Port for the video connections. card should already have that anyways, and it handles so much more bandwidth HDMI cant support 1440P, well it can but only at 30FPS is all the cable can handle for a single monitor. STEvil
... why is there thermal paste and pads on your ram??????? Also, how tight were the screws on your 780's? I've had 3 Asus DCU-II cards die on me now, all had poorly installed screws. 1 Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. n8ball2013
i just google'd overkill and they forwarded me here lol looks great not really overkill if you are on triple monitors (2560x1080) and soon to be 7680x1440 thanks! When I read this my pcs fan kicked on and started making this weird noise. I had to reassure it that I wasn't going to try and make it do something crazy like this before it stopped. 1 Quote THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. Also, i did read that HDMI couldn't do it and that is a shame because that is supposed to be the "good shit". Surprised to see it was so weak to be honest (HDMI). Anyway, Thanks! meade916
... why is there thermal paste and pads on your ram??????? Also, how tight were the screws on your 780's? I've had 3 Asus DCU-II cards die on me now, all had poorly installed screws. please see "step 3" and read that paragraph. Damn, when will people stop doubting me.....SMH. LOL. Anyway, it was nice that they recommended doing that because it helps keep the thermal pads in place and not let them move while i install the block. http://www.ekwb.com/shop/EK-IM/EK-IM-3831109868409.pdf I have purchased 4, (now 5) ASUS DC2 cards over the years and so far no problems at all. What screws are you talking about? There is only 4 holding the entire heatsink on and they were tight enough. All the other screws (pictured) just hold on the back plate and don't have anything to do with the card living or dying. Anyway, sucks for your bad luck, i have always had great luck with ASUS MB's and GPU cards.
