I just finished a 17 hour drive to Florida, (listened to music the whole time but hardly any bass) and I went to show a buddy my system and there is zero output from the subs. All the RCA's are good, using a PAC lc1, all speaker connections are good, amp is not in protect and is on without smell. I don't know what to do MY BUILD 1998 Ford Explorer 2dr sport 1/0 Big 3 1/0 everything Alpine cda-9884 Crescendo CZ components (2) Crescendo bc2000's (2) Jolt 150ah (2) Yellow top optimas (1) Juicebox black cherry addition (1) Mechman 270 avbm miss my bc5500 and (4) 15's You know why people are ass holes online but not in person? Skullz Posted December 11, 2013 Report Posted December 11, 2013 Use a DMM and check the output voltage of the pac lc1 using a test tone to see if your getting the correct output. So much relief but so much confusion. When diagnosing I put a new pac lc1- no change New RCA's from HU to amp without a pac lc1- no change Moved RCA's to the other preouts- no change Fuses checked and had identicle voltage Subs wiring was good and read .08 Only thing i didnt do was check RCA voltage because for the life of me couldnt figure it out.
