MASTER T KILLA
Plan on upgrading my system to two Orion HCCA 15's electrical not being an issue currently I have a powerbass Asa 1500.1 dx on a Orion hcca 12 which doesn't really even get too warm after a 40 minute commute to work as it has 1 or 2 fans in it to keep it cool. I know the crescendo bc 5500 doesn't have fans in them but after +40 minutes of full tilt bass heavy madness will it still keep cool in the trunk of my grand marquis or should I have some fans and a fire extinguisher on hand? 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS (CVB 25th Chapter) Alpine Head Unit stock 6x9's Powerbass ASA 1500.1Dx FC 1200 krank-it up battery HC 800 Kinetik battery Orion HCCA 12.4 in slot ported box wired down to 2 ohms Audiopipe 1/0 gauge wire Rockford fosgate ring terminals Subscribe to the Youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/TManMusicPage

jarrius
I would make shire you have enough room for a proper box for those 15's in that trunk plus amp and batts. The trunk i looked at online to me shows you can not put the back seat down. If that's true is there a ski hole or a way you can port it in to the cabin? If not you will lose a lot of sound in the trunk. Also have you used sound deadner yet in your trunk to stop the rattles. 2012 Chevy sonic1xSQ HDC3 12 D2RF R1200d 140 square foot of Q-Mat(soon to be installed) 140.2Db sealed on the dash with TL 142 DB sealed on the dash with another meter (was dead on with the TL at a show i was at) 141 on music. strangeduck,on 02 Jan 2014 - 01:39 AM, said: when my car spins out i just put the car in neutral, turn in the direction i want to go and pucker my asshole
MASTER T KILLA
I have an 03 mercury grand marquis, no the seat doesn't come down however for competitions I know how to completly remove the thing. Since its a luxury vehicle it's designed to have sound NOT come into the cab. As far as boxes go Steve from Fatboxusa USA has me taken care of and more batts are coming I want to get the subs and break them in on low volume with my current amp so that once I get my new amp I can crank her up. 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS (CVB 25th Chapter) Alpine Head Unit stock 6x9's Powerbass ASA 1500.1Dx FC 1200 krank-it up battery HC 800 Kinetik battery Orion HCCA 12.4 in slot ported box wired down to 2 ohms Audiopipe 1/0 gauge wire Rockford fosgate ring terminals Subscribe to the Youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/TManMusicPage
Emmet
This is besides the point but you should have a browse through cortez's builds in his grand marquis. Was doing 51s I think it was? From the trunk with 2 15's. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/137995-lemon-marquis-a-trunk-no-more/ Could be helpful. i shook this one kids hand and it just folded in mine. long story short i fucked his girlfriendso.. yeah.. You want this to happen to you? Give decent handshakes people. I was gifted with an innate ability to distribute wholesale ass beatings in a timely and orderly fashion. MASTER T KILLA
Yeah those are sexy numbers I just need to know if the Crescendo's stay warm with extended use especially in the winter I like to let my car and subs warm up so I turn the volume down just enough to make a slight rumble and let the car sit. That plus my 40 mile work commute I could be looking at over an hour of power from the amp. And if I decide to go to some competitions that are 100+ miles I plan to bang the whole way there and bang some more when I get there. Not possible with a toasty amp. 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS (CVB 25th Chapter) Alpine Head Unit stock 6x9's Powerbass ASA 1500.1Dx FC 1200 krank-it up battery HC 800 Kinetik battery Orion HCCA 12.4 in slot ported box wired down to 2 ohms Audiopipe 1/0 gauge wire Rockford fosgate ring terminals Subscribe to the Youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/TManMusicPage

MASTER T KILLA
Well tits. That's all the more reason ill be running the volume low and the settings on the amp way down to break them in (I start with the subwoofer volume on the headunit turned to -23 with -24 being off and +15 being max after 100 miles or 1 hour I turn it up one) occasionally I'll turn it up and burp them to see what they are doing or to show off for someone this has been my method for all y old systems. This will allow me time to get my D6500 under the hood and D7500 in the back. If those along with what I have can't stay charged with a 340A singer alt I'll be rid of one of my kinetiks to put in another D7500 but I doubt 200 lbs of batteries will be needed along with such a big one under the hood. 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS (CVB 25th Chapter) Alpine Head Unit stock 6x9's Powerbass ASA 1500.1Dx FC 1200 krank-it up battery HC 800 Kinetik battery Orion HCCA 12.4 in slot ported box wired down to 2 ohms Audiopipe 1/0 gauge wire Rockford fosgate ring terminals Subscribe to the Youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/TManMusicPage
