twisted1 Posted December 18, 2013 Report Posted December 18, 2013 Ok I was gonna run both amps match gained, but when I put my dmm on each amp I came up with diffrent voltage. Both same amounts of pos an neg, rca. Rca type, speaker wire At full tilt with -5 test tone both amps read same voltage, but at half volume the voltage is diffrent. Any thing im missing here? About to just strap em 09 mustang gt
hondakid1996 Posted December 18, 2013 Report Posted December 18, 2013 First thing I would do is check RCA voltage. See if it fluctuates like your amp output does.

Both bass amps run off rockerfosgate line driver. Going pick up small rca run an just gonna strap em when I get off work.. looks like wo many things come into play when match gain amps 09 mustang gt

Also using smd rca's so doubt they are messed up because I just opened the box for testing Ummm I went ahead an just strapped my amps at .7 new 18s will be in possibly friday so let yall know how it goes.. 09 mustang gt
