Don't get me wrong, as I smoke Marlboro Reds, but if I saw one more kid with that smug-ass look (Look at me I'm smoking indoors) on their face, I was going to shove that thing so far up someone's ass that they'd look like a hillbilly trying to understand quantitative prediction theorem. You know why people are ass holes online but not in person? Because getting punched in the mouth hurts.

In which case you would fuse the main wire near the battery, then the smaller wires at or near the distribution block. SnowDrifter Posted December 26, 2013 Report Posted December 26, 2013 Even if your amp has it's own internal fuses, it's a good idea to fuse the wire going to it as well. Reason being that if something happens and the wire shorts out, there's nothing to interrupt the short and you have a biiiiig problem on your hands. And electrical fires are really really scary.
