In a way yea CEA can give you a bit more peace of mind that you will get close to specs but doesn't necessarily mean its the best option. The precision bk 1300 looks decent.

those ct amps are on fire right now they made a name for themselves very quick. I'm thinking of getting one myself

CEA means absolutely jack shit.

The CT amp is gonna be the best option, just because it has a CEA 2006 sticker or stamp doesn't mean it does rated. Companies pay to have that sticker on their products and only have to put out rated power at 4ohms to pass CEA testing.
