Is this battery authentic?

Hey guys

There is a guy selling FOUR D3100 XS Power in my city for an UNBELIVEABLE price

He sent me these pics:

Im asking because im about to buy them, and Ive heard there are some fake chinese XS Power batteries....can anyone identify if this one is original or even if theres a way to tell?

As far as I can see, these are different from the D3100s Ive looked over on the internet..so they may be fake

I've never seen or heard of fakes

Look like the older model to me, which are the same as the new just different stickers and slightly smaller posts

I'd just take a voltmeter and test the voltag before you hand over the cash. Otherwise, think your risk is about 5% (random number). Lol.

whats with the hole right in the center in the second picture is that on all the batteries?

So its an older model?

I can see that there is also no handle for transportation, while the new ones have....correct?

They are really, really, really cheap

A new one in my country is around 600 bucks, the guy is selling them for something like 80

like others said check the voltage the cells could be damaged if they are older models and werent properly cared for

Looks pretty legit to me. Just make sure the resting voltage is what it should be.
