It nails killswitch, lamb of God, hellya etc. Love it. And believe me if the woofer can't hit the double bass on Metal it gets discarded quickly, Had 6 SA-8's in the mustang and did not like them at all on music (Pulled them and the wall out 6 days after it was up and running), On the lows they hammered but music couldn't stand them, but the rest of the SA's and the E series are money when it comes to being musical
