I see potential strength issues doing it all in one lift, with vibrating the aggregate and such. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

A plumbing leak would be addressed similar to how basement homes would be. I'm sure there world be an entire engineering process to take all of these concerns into play.
