ParDeus Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 To all you gun toters (I'm one myself) that are looking for a clean shoot... You think that when the shit hits the fan, you'll just shoot below the waist for whatever reason. Let me tell you something. Going to the range once a month does not prepare you for the spike of adrenaline that happens in such a situation. Most self defense shootings happen within a proximity of 9ft. You I now the average hit rate? About 18% But I know, you're different. You can handle it. I had the BEST training the USGOV can provide a man, and when I was forced to utilize it to protect myself here in the States, I was still not prepared for the mental aspect of making that decision and executing it proficiently in a split-second scenario. Let me again state that the level of training was second to none. And it wasn't basic or infantry training, btw. The smarter move is to do everything in your power to prevent your needing to make that decision. I now carry a VERY bright flashlight that is very small in size. It cost more than a nice H&K USP TAC45, which is my carry gun. It will come out first if the need arises, and I'd bet it's nearly as effective as a firearm. Sorry for going OT, just feeling a little preachy this morning, lol.
Aj11 Posted February 1, 2014 Report Posted February 1, 2014 haha, believe me i wouldn't pull the trigger unless my sons or wifes was in absolute danger! no need not to see my son grow up because i got excited! I've been pushing my girl to get a permit for her and my sons safety. if guns are outlawed only criminals will have them! and i have till April to do all that stuff. so no bragging about anything genius jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)
Dude2800 Posted February 9, 2014 Report Posted February 9, 2014 I might have missed it, but if you don't file a report the police won't know what's going on in the neighborhood. If it keeps happening maybe they can find a pattern and catch those guys, but if you don't say anything they'll just do it to someone else or come back for more stuff later.
Aj11 Posted February 9, 2014 Report Posted February 9, 2014 when my bother in law got his stolen he called the police. the first thing they asked him was which one of your friends did it? what he didn't know at that time was his insurance company would end up giving him $1,000 for his stolen items. that didn't cover all of it but sure helped. i would defiantly call the cops. dude is right what's to stop them from coming back jvc deck stinger 1800 front hc 2000 kinetic rear 2 runs of 1/0g big 3/4 ct 60.4 2 ct 1400.1 ct EXO 15 d1 lots of deadner type r comps front stage 6 kicker tweets rear stage lots of great stuff coming soon ho alt more bats ct comps for front stage more deadner sweet amp rack lots of L.E.D lights new deck (thinking 80 prs, or flip out)

You know and I know the big boy guns rarely get out of the house.lulz Way too fuckin hot!
ParDeus Posted February 9, 2014 Report Posted February 9, 2014 I just moved to TN, but I usually carried the HK in FL. Sometimes I'd carry my Kimber .45 sub-compact if I was wearing light clothes.
