Coat hanger is sharp and will cut the wires if you try to force it.

I used either 8 or 4awg wire instead of a coat hanger. It's not sharp, isn't hard to maneuver, and finds it way through the second hole.

Ever try an angled drill? I drilled new holes using one in my old car. It puts your drill bit at about a 45* angle. I'd suggest a small bit then a step up bit to get to where you need it. Just be very careful! Sorry if that's been posted

In the last pic, I had to probe the part that "seals" to the door with a tiny Philips head screwdriver.

I know.. It may not be recommended, but it worked for me. DO IT SLOWLY AND TAKE YOUR TIME!

so n8, if i stick my finger throught the boot from the jam i should go down, so if im under the dash i need to go up then right?

My best option may be go under dash with a longggggg drill bit and make a hole and pray it comes out the boot in the jam. I can avoid the wires pretty easily its a matter if if the hole will ome out into the jam.

I didn't know whether u were having a hard time fitting the wire through, or guiding the wire through.

You will want to angle to the bottom of the car towards the floor if you are going in near the grommet. If I remember right. There should be a spot near the bottom that will open up and allow you to get wire through.

So from the top go down. You want to get through the grommet first if you don't you can forget about it basically. Because you won't have the leverage to force it through.the grommet.
