alaskanzx5 Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 is it possible yes, will it turn out right maybe not. we don't know your skill or knowledge. we also don't know what amps your going to use or at least how much power you want to run. 6-815s can take some power. don't know the power rating of those hds315 but im fairly certain they will handle 1000-2000k rms. you will most likely spend 1500-3000 on electrical alone. your talking a tleast 6krms for 6 of those 15s. imo, you will need a min of 300ah worth of batts and a 300amp alt. that's going to run you 1500-2000 not to mention wiring. a box for 6 15s will cost atleast $500. I know for 2 15s ill be spending 100-150 in box material maybe up to 200. put $2k into electrical, $500 on a box, that leaves you with 2.5k for 6 15s, amps, front sound stage, and amps for the front sound stage. im sure im missing something. but you get the point. 5k is a low budget for a 6-8 15". t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.

alaskanzx5 Posted January 29, 2014 Report Posted January 29, 2014 yeah, 1200 rms per sub. if you plan on giving them rms your going to need 7200-9600 pending if you go with 6 or 8 15s. a good starting point will be around 700ah including alts. so after a 300 amp alt you will need another 400ah of batt banks. that's 4 d3100. there's 2k in electrical plus the need for 3 runs of 1/0 gauge and in this case negative runs could prove useful. after 2.5k-3k in electrical the 2k left might get you the subs amps and box built but your still missing (I kinda doubt it) but you will still be missing sound deadener, mids and highs, with that much power draw you need good voltage meter(s) to make sure your electrical is holding up, maybe even more batts or a second ho alt. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.

If you want to play with the big boys play with the big boys. i know sam with the suburban did it so he can drive his kids around, and have more than one passenger. still does 157's though so nobody can really complain LOL.
