I am in the market for a decent amp to power my custom psi Platform 2 15 thats on the way (1800 watts), and I want a bit of headroom power so that if I set my gains for 1800 watts I wont clip with voltage drop until I can upgrade my electrical. I found an orion 2500D for sale on craigslist for $250 dollars and from what I heard it is a good amp but I wanted to get you guys opinion if you think it is a good deal. Thanks. BIGlep Posted February 1, 2014 Author Report Posted February 1, 2014 Any easy way to test it if the guy has disconnected it, he was using it for an fi btl but based on his post he seems rather clueless (i.e. doesnt know what ohm load he was running) so im guessing he must not know what it is worth if it goes for $500.
