ChevyBoy95
↑ What ChevyBoy95 said. Except that CT Sounds 1/0 is ofc only. If you're looking for CCA, which should be fine for your application, look for Execution Audio 1/0. They're both made by CT Sounds but EA is the entry level brand. And just as an FYI, The Execution Audio 1/0 amp kit is $60.00 and has some nice RCAs with it, along with the other goodies amp kits have. And since CT Sounds is in southeast Texas, you should have no trouble finding one locally. This sounds like the better option. Although CT Sounds seem to be hard to find. I do not see a single local store that carries that brand. It is because it is not your typical on the shelf brand, relatively new company (in terms of like kicker or fosgate). go to www.ct-sounds.com and find a dealer, might have to email them. DireRaptor22
Thanks for the quick response! I will definitely check those out. I'm currently running this kit right here, 4 AWG: http://www.frys.com/product/4574007?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG It's rated 500W but I run 1100W no problems. Would I be safe with this going with a more powerful amp? I do hear people say Monster makes good wiring kits and power cables etc. that doesnt mean it is ok. Your wire is probably either heating up and causing it to be quite inefficient (loss of power), or you are not truly getting 1100w. I don't doubt that. Amp is a Hifonics BRX1100.1D and my two SA-12s seem to be rather quiet. Or am I going deaf? lol “The fascination of flight can't be expressed with words. I do not see a single local store that carries that brand. There are a number of dealers in the Houston area but you can also buy the Execution Audio kits from a dealer who tells you about them on a forum. ;-) Facebook: facebook.com/audioanarchyllc Instagram: audioanarchyllc Youtube: youtube.com/bbeljefe

And even then 1100w is low for SA's. Even though they are rated at 600w, you can give them about 1000w in a proper enclosure with a properly gain set amplifier. This sounds like the better option. Although CT Sounds seem to be hard to find. I do not see a single local store that carries that brand. Fry's carries the shitty stuff, Polk, Kicker, Planet Audio, etc. Only things good there are the head units, a few good Pioneer ones for example. I'll definitely look you guys up.
