Nikitaaa
Build a beauty panel that sits really close to the edges of the side of the vehicle but not exactly on it, then put some weatherstripping on the edge of the panel so when the back door is shut, its airtight. Thats the way a buddy and I did it on my wall build in another car. To get the measurement perfect all you need to do is measure every quarter inch top to bottom of the wall width-wise, trace it on mdf, sand the imperfections and attatch it to the side of the wall. Presto, you're done MY EXT CAB DOESNT HAVE BACK DOORS, READ THE OP.And btw buddy, it aint that easy when you have extremely limited access except for the spot where it slides in. WOW NICE CAPS REALLY GETS THE POINT ACROSS but really, this method will still work even of you dont have doors. Just measure and cut. Time consuming but it will work. There will still be a very small gap you can fill with anything. Welp, thats my 2 cents. Good luck. 2007 M/T Honda Civic Coupe EX (4) Sundown Audio X-8's (2) Ampere Audio 3800.1's (3) Stinger SPV-44 Batteries (1) Mechman 240 3:1 Ratio 4th order sealed from the trunkTEAM NWSPLBest termlab scores to date in Honda trunk:151.7db legal (official) IASCA trunk 3 classBest termlab scores to date in my walled Subie:152.9db legal (unofficial) IASCA advanced 2 class155db outlaw

n8ball2013
That one inch isn't that bad. You could always build your regular beauty panel and then where the windows are just for a piece that fills that spot.
