[using .5in MDF] I am having a good amount of trouble on the sides of my truck. The rear "ext" cab part doesnt open. With all the curves, and everything i spend about 45min-1hr trying to get a piece to fit and it didnt turn out. Ended up going to cut, test, cut, test, cut, test, still no good. The box sits about 3/4" behind the b-pillar. Im more looking for possible methods that i might be able to implement. I WOULD PREFER NOT TO USE GLASS OR EXPANDING FOAM. But looks like n8 has this if it were only as easy as taping the shit out of everything and throwing glass down. Would have to glass it at an angle, plus no access to the back of area being glassed so it would have virtually no rear support during the glassing process. trying to figure out a way to do a panel with a 45 off of it that comes close, then glass that for extra strength and make it easier to attach. Plus the whole no glass thing, if i didnt ever need the panels out, i would glass onto the box, BUT, i have wiring behind there so i need them to be removable if i ever need to troubleshoot or switch anything out.
