Some people have done very well with 1/4 the budget(just a rough example) because they know how to make the best use of capable equipment. That with a 400-600 watts 4 channel and your front sound stage would be fantastic for under 1200. Then work on the sub stage. doesn't sound like you plan on running much power so stock alt big 3 and a nice upgraded agm stock batt should work. If not 1 extra batt should do it. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. Why should he go with off the shelf car audio components if he can get much better performance for half the price since he is willing to go active, Thinking is the root of all problems...
