I had to do that to mine and found out I had a bad ground. Troy Mihalcheon Posted March 4, 2014 Author Report Posted March 4, 2014 14.4 to the grounded amp (-) terminal. and 12.8 to the grounded battery (-) Ill try to get a pic but it wont be much, I drilled through thicker metal and sanded both sides before using a bolt/lockwashers and washers to lock it down... the canadian winters suck though

What part of the car exactly? thats kinda what I was thinking. it was painted black unlike other parts of the car but I think there were welds to the other parts... http://imgur.com/a/jIKfv the last pic is the amp ground Ill pull everything out of the back of the car and clean up the grounds sometime. it that doesnt work im going to laugh my tits off. been driving around with a rear battery like that for 3-4 months and it wasnt doing anything.

Troy Mihalcheon Posted March 4, 2014 Author Report Posted March 4, 2014 balls... yes there are strut bolts inside the trunk area. that is a good ground? after 2 seconds of research I answered my question... well Im happy that if found an issue with my system and know another mistake I can avoid in the future lol... just hope I dont end up doing damage to anything
