iKidwell Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 Alright, so i ordered 2 sdc2.5 10's from aq (sq w/e) on thursday, and i got them a few minutes ago after i'd gotten off work. I read the boxes, they're both d4 10's, but on the side of the boxes, one of them says "old susp", the other didnt. So i opened them up and looked at the spiders on them. One of them is yellow (which i believe is the one that said old suspension), and the other is black. Main question here, and i'm hesitant to even ask: Can i roll with these subs or am i gonna have to go through a damn return policy and wait another week and a half to have some bump? c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress

You are telling me you would be perfectly fine with 2 different colored spiders on subwoofers you just spent your hard earned money on? If they're the same diameter, length, and stiffness.. Then no, I wouldn't care. Why would I bother making a big fuss over something that really doesn't matter? All it would do it increase the time it takes for my system to be up and running again because Ill need to send a current sub back and wait for them to send me a new one.
