FknCrawler
Should I get a relay kit? I know a very small amount of information about relays so I'm not sure if I should use one. I understand it's a small amount of power to switch on a bigger amount of power.(probably wrong.... idk) I'll be running a DC 2.0k and a 500watt RMS 4 channel, neon lights in the cabin under the dash and in the trunk. Could I use one relay to power on amps, then one for the lighting or all of it on one relay. I'm completely lost. 1992 Honda Civic CX Hatchback K24a2 Swap

ROLEXrifleman
Are all those things on the same circuit? Are they triggered by the same device? Relays aren't arbitrarily tossed into circuits just because. Tell us more about how these things are going to be wired. Is the radio going to trigger the lights as well as the amps?
