I will be running it @ 2 ohms on a Kicker ZX2500.1 (unitl I get my saz 3500d). Just curious as to how much real power these subs can handle. I know it can handle more that advertised but any experience with over 2000 to one. Thanks.

Randall Sexton Posted March 11, 2014 Author Report Posted March 11, 2014 Well yes, that's 1250 watts continuous over a given period of time. If I'm going to burp it it will obviously handle more than 1250. So as my question stated above, anyone have experience with the X-18s?

john253a Posted March 12, 2014 Report Posted March 12, 2014 Idd just run no the of the zx2500.1 @2ohm That amp will do 2.9-3k all day and thoes subs will be fine daily at that How much if a db differance to you expect to get burping it from 3k to 4k of power You'll get more out of the box and tunning then 25% extra power
