viper1315
Ive got a 150 that is in need of some attention. Since weve moved into the house weve had water quality issues and the tank dimensions compound that. Water flow is difficult to ramp up without screwing up the sand. Weve got an ro unit and a dual stage di and still have issues with hair algae and red slime. Going to ramp up the waterflow yet again and see. how old is the tank and are you using a sup or refugium at all? And is it live sand and live rock? and also they are snowflake clowns 2001 GMC Sierra DC Audio Build =http://www.stevemead...o-level-4-build 2001 GMC Sierra XSPower D3400 Pioneer AVHD 1400 MB Quart Component Sets Pioneer 5x4s Audiotechnix Power Wire, Speaker Wire, Sound Deadener DC Audio Level 4 10s DC Audio 3.5k Rocford Fosgate R400-4 HID 6k Slammed Truck on 20s Candy Blue. n8ball2013
This tank is 4 years olld. The issue is the dimensions its a 48 long 150 so 24 deep and 30 high or maybe 28. Anyways flow is incredibly hard to do without killing thr sand. Im basicslly relegated to vortech marine style pumps ij order to get the flow rate I need. Its got 250 lbs or more of live rock in the display tsnk and another 75 in the sump. I added a jebao wp40 pump and its knocked down a ton of hair algae but I need another to increase the flow and get rid of the cyano THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.
