PortSideAudio
The 45s are an internet fad by people who never build. Trust me all they are doing is adding length to your build time Great thanks a ton! And while I have you, what is your standing on putting resin inside the box to smooth it out? 2002 Toyota Corolla Pioneer DEH-80PRS Soundqubed Q1-2200d Soundqubed HDC3.118 Soundqubed Q4-120 Alpine SPR-60 Alpine SPR-60C

CleanSierra
Also not needed. Box interiors do not need to be glass smooth. Air does not move like water in a subwoofer cabinet. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

PortSideAudio
First of all, nice build. Good, quality time went into it and the end product looks great. Did I see that you tuned at 24 Hz? With the vehicle cabin gain, it's likely lower than that. Have you played music through it yet? I'm curious where the rolloff occurs. Unless you have a wicked strong mid stage, you may have a dead spot where the mids can't pick up and the subs can't put out. I hope that's not the case at all. Everything else looks great, good work. Thanks! Its tuned at 25hz. The subs went into a Denali Yukon XL, so it is a very large cabin, also he has some very solid after market speakers installed, meaning he has good strong mids. I only heard to for a short amount of time (just one song). But of what I heard I did not hear any mid range gap. Now this is being said, the song I heard I was not at all familiar with, but I do believe there is not problem with a low mid gap 2002 Toyota Corolla Pioneer DEH-80PRS Soundqubed Q1-2200d Soundqubed HDC3.118 Soundqubed Q4-120 Alpine SPR-60 Alpine SPR-60C
PolishThunder
Next time. Ditch the 45s tune a bit higher if you listen tk anything other than bass altered music tongue and groove your baffles and single chamber. Box looks good but those are some things that will help your output and make a stronger box. What is the reason behind doing a single camber? I always thought keeping them separate was good because they don't push on each other.
n8ball2013
Look into coupling effect. The woofers work together thats why all big spl guys do single chambers. Helps with efficency among other things.
